Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent - police in providing police protection to the subject property for implementation of the orders passed by the court of Junior Civil Judge, Jadcherla in I.A.No.10 of 2013 in O.S.No.4 of 2013 dated 29.01.2013, and order dated 16.11.2013 in I.A.No.206 of 2013 in I.A.No.10 of 2013 in O.S.No.4 of 2013, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Jadcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar District dated 19.07.2019, wherein it is stated that based on the representation of the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Jadcherla along with his staff went to the subject property and provided protection on 16.07.2019 for implementation of the orders of the civil court referred to above. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same. In view of the same, recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
