It is represented by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 22.04.2014, a crime has already been registered and after completion of investigation, charge sheet was also filed.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
