Ms. P.V. Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that she has no instructions from the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that no cause would survive in the writ petition, by virtue of lapse of G.O.Ms.No.455 Revenue (UC-I) Department, dated 29.7.2002.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
