THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5987 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is proceeding to demolish the Church at the premises bearing House No.2-2-1089/A, Golnaka, Amberpet, Hyderabad, without following the due procedure. Sri P.Keshava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, informed this Court, on instructions, that any action taken by his client would only be pursuant to the due procedure laid down by law.

Recording the afore-stated undertaking given on behalf of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
