Sri P.Raja Sripathi Rao, Learned Counsel for the applicant, would submit that the application is defective and that he be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
