ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in appointing respondent No.6 as Anganwadi Helper of Kallikota Village, Komarada Mandal, Vizianagaram District, as per G.O.Ms.No.18, dated 15.5.2015, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr. K.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh Writ Petition after impleading necessary and proper parties and removing the mistakes that occurred in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.45684 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
