This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents 4, 6 and 8 in interfering into civil disputes of petitioner and unofficial respondents.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the allegations made by the petitioner stating that respondent-police never called him to police station at any point of time and never directed him to settle the issues. It is also stated that respondentpolice never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents and also directed not to interfere with life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
