THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20023 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel appearing for both parties. With the consent of counsel appearing for both sides, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer: "to issue an appropriate writ order, or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus and declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 4 are highly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and clear violation of Articles 14, 12 Constitution of India and principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 3, 4 and 5 herein not to approve the plan and not to sanction Electrical Service connection in favour of 6th respondent in respect of house site covered by R.S.No.77/3 total extent of 1090 sq.yards Pirangula Dibba, 24th Division, Eluru, West Godavari District in pursuant to the representation dated 03.06.2016."

Though various grounds raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent- Municipal Commissioner, Eluru, West Godavari District to dispose of representation dated 03.06.2016 submitted by the petitioner. However, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation submits that there is no proof to show that the petitioner submitted the explanation to the authorities concerned.
4. Having regard to the above, the petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the authorities concerned expressing her grievance as mentioned in the Writ Petition within a period of one week from today, in which event, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter, after giving personal hearing to the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
