THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.4754 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner seeks implementation of the final decree, dated 14.03.2014, passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla, in I.A.No.170 of 2011 in O.S.No.4 of 2009. The petitioner filed a representation followed by a legal notice, dated 03.08.2015, Ex.P2. However, no orders are stated to have been passed by the Tahsildar, Illanthakunta Mandal, Karimnagar District, the 3rd respondent. Alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed. In the circumstances, the 3rd respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation, namely, Prajavani Petition No.3070 dated 23.03.2015 followed by the legal notice, referred to above, in the light of the decree, referred to above, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
