Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I, and perused the material on record. 2.
Learned counsel for both sides report that in similar circumstances, this Court passed orders in W.P. No.36688 of 2021 and batch dated 28.12.2021 and, in terms thereof, this writ petition may be disposed of.

Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel on either side, following the order in W.P. No.36688 of 2021 and batch dated 28.12.2021, in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's application/appeal dated 24.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The order in W.P. No.36688 of 2021 and batch dated 28.12.2021 shall form part of the record. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. _________________________ B.
