Counsel for the petitioners Sri D.Rama Krishna Counsel for the respondents: --- The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by a person, who claims to be a person of religious bent of mind and an ardent Muslim, with the grievance that his representation, dated 14.09.2015, made by him to respondent No.1 alleging that respondent No.2 has
been using the wakf property for his personal gain is not being considered. A perusal of the record shows that except mere allegation made against respondent No.2, no material is furnished by the petitioner to substantiate his allegation against respondent No.2 that he has been using the wakf properties for his personal gain. Unless the petitioner relies on credible material which prima facie supports his allegation, he is not entitled to issuance of a writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49749 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
