HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No. 11248 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present application came to be filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 for production of the detenu D.L.Venkatachari (husband of the 1st petitioner and father of the 2nd petitioner) and produce him before the court.

When the matter came up for hearing, it is stated that the detenu was arrested on 05.04.2018 in Crime No. 7 of 2018 of Puttaparthy Urban Police Station, for an offence punishable under Section 484 IPC and Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Penukonda.

Having regard to the above, we feel that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the admission stage.
