There is no representation for appellants though the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' by granting sufficient time for filing fresh vakalat. It shows that the appellants are not showing any interest in prosecuting the case. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
