Prakash Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners; Mr. B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondent Nos. 1 and 2; learned Additional Advocate General (AP) for respondent Nos. 3,5 and 6; Mr. Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, does not press the writ petition on merits, and seeks liberty to the petitioners to raise the contention/question whether the National Green Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') has power to grant ex-parte ad-interim order taking recourse to the provisions contained in Section 19 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (for short 'the Act'), in appropriate proceedings. He further seeks direction to the Tribunal to pass interim order within time frame. In this petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 26.5.

2015, whereby, the Tribunal has granted ex-parte ad-interim order restraining the concerned authority from issuing despatch permits to the petitioners and other similarly placed respondents before the Tribunal, and the matter is posted for hearing on 8.7.2015.

In view thereof, we dispose of this writ petition as not pressed. The Tribunal has posted the matter for hearing as to interim order on 8.7.2015. In view thereof, we hope and trust that the Tribunal shall dispose of the prayer for interim order on the same day or shall

endeavour to consider and decide the application for interim prayer, within a period of two weeks therefrom.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
