HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APEAL No. 517 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to make a representation to the Government seeking allotment of the land in question at the prevailing market rate. On the other hand, Mr. Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that there is an order of this Court in a public interest litigation not to allot any land by private negotiations. Keeping that in view, we dispose of this writ appeal as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant as prayed. If the appellant makes any representation, as aforementioned, we hope and trust that the Government shall consider it in proper perspective and strictly in accordance with law.
