HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 2851 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 26.09.2014, passed the following interim order:- "Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, pending disposal of the O.A., the respondents are directed to consider the case of applicant for promotion to the post of Additional Superintendent of Police (Non-Cadre) by convening Review D.P.C. meeting, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to her eligibility and seniority."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 26.09.2014, the petitioner's case was considered and further submits that the petitioner is presently working in the State of Andhra Pradesh. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
