O R D E R

This writ petition was filed by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) through its Depot Manager, Hakimpet Depot, Ranga Reddy District, challenging the Award dated 27.10.2006 passed by the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.54 of 2004. The said I.D. was instituted by the first respondent herein, a Conductor in the service of the APSRTC.

The writ petition was dismissed for default as against the first respondent as per the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by this Court owing to the failure of the APSRTC to cause service of notice upon him. The validity of the Award under challenge cannot be examined in the absence of the first respondent, at whose behest it was passed. The writ petition must therefore fail in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order dated 30.10.2007 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
