Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

According to petitioner land to an extent of Ac.6-09 guntas in Sy.No.136 and 137 of Anajpur Village, Abdullahpurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, stood in the name of his wife. She died on 10.10.2011. After obtaining legal heir certificate, petitioner applied for conducting of survey for demarcation of boundaries of his land. But the same is not undertaken. Petitioner enclosed acknowledgement of application submitted by him on 18.03.2019 for conducting survey.

Since the application is already received and pending, the Tahsildar-4th respondent is directed to process the application and if the request of petitioner for conducting survey is permissible, the said exercise may be undertaken. If the 4th respondent is not accepting to conduct survey, he shall assign reasons in support of the same, and shall communicate the decision to petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
