Sri P. Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and therefore prays for dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous. Learned Government Pleader for Home and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies are present.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
