HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13575 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-registration of crime on the basis of complaint lodged by petitioner dated 25-06-2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint lodged by petitioner, a case in Cr.No.258 of 2019 is registered on 27-07-2019 by Bhupalapally Police. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and he also says that no further orders are required.
