Sri V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 19.08.2015 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
