When the matter is taken up, Sri T. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the 7th respondent submits that the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Tirupati granted licence in favour of the 7th respondent vide L.No.CT/33/28/A/2017-2022, dated 25-07-2017. 2.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to assail the said grant in favour of the 7th respondent, if the petitioner advised to do so.

With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. 4.
