HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29907 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents No.1 to 5 in allotting the petitioners' land to an extent of Ac.14.03 guntas out of Ac.43.04 guntas in Survey No.363, situated at Naganool Village, Nagarkarnool Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District to respondent No.6 as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to allot the petitioners' aforesaid land to respondent No.6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal filed by the petitioners under Section 24 of A.P.Inam Abolition Act, 1955, against the order dated 18.06.1997 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nagarkarnool, Mahaboobnagar District in proceedings No.I/1662/1996, is pending before the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the affected parties. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
