This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of proceedings in P.R.C.No.37 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siricilla, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (v) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted a copy of e-Courts proceedings wherein it is mentioned that P.R.C.No.37 of 2013 has been numbered as S.C.No.52 of 2019 on the file of the learned V Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for the offences under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has been ended in acquittal on 19.09.2022.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been fulfilled, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous. 06.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications in this matter, if any, shall stand closed.
