In view of the orders passed by this Court on 06.11.2019 in I.A.No.2 of 2019, the order passed in M.C.No.310 of 2009, dated 08.04.2013, on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, is set aside. 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the compromise.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
