This criminal petition, under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioner-Accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.56 of 2015 on the file of Aspari Police Station, Kurnool, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A & 354-B IPC and 12 of POCSO Act. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was arrested.
