Today when this matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 would submit that few documents are not narrated in the pleadings in this Criminal Revision Case. The petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 intend to file a fresh Criminal Revision Case. In view the same, permission may be accorded to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file a fresh Criminal Revision Case.

Under these circumstances, granting liberty to the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 to file a fresh Criminal Revision Case, permission is accorded to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. 4 .
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as indicated above. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
