The case of the petitioner is that the respondent issued Common Seniority List dated 30-08-2014 calling for objections and the petitioner submitted objections on 05-09-2014 and also on 24-07-2017. But the respondent has not passed any orders, but going ahead with the promotions. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri M.Papi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall consider the objection of the petitioner and take action accordingly. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the objections of the petitioner and take action accordingly for publishing the final Seniority List before undertaking the promotions to the post of higher category within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order or before taking up the promotions. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
