i ('a I THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PEIITION No.5916 OF 2025 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is frled by the petitioner, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.6832 of 2022, pending on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record. 3.
The crime is of the yeat 2017. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no progress in the case and seeks for a direction to the trial Court for expeditious trial of the case.
4. In view of the said submission, the trial Court shall make an endeavour for expeditious trial within a period of 6 months from the date of this order. Meanwhile, the attendance of the petitioner herein is dispensed with, subject t to the following conditions:

Petitioner herein shall always be represented by his i) counsel on record.
ii) He shall hle an aJFrdavit stating that in his absence, the proceedings conducted by his counsel will not be disputed by him in any manner, and he sha_ll not dispute his identity also.
iii) He shall appear before the learned Magistrate as ald when his presence is required. In the event of the petitioner,s failure to appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing with his attendance shall stand cancelled. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaleous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
