Mallebonia Nageshwar Rao, v. The State Of Telangana, Rep. By Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2417 OF 2017 ORDER:
The writ petition does not disclose a common cause of action between the petitioners in this writ petition. And a single writ petition for different cause of actions cannot survive. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue also points out the same.
In that view of the matter, I do not see any reason to entertain this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file respective new writ petitions, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 25.01.2017 dv
