THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NOS.13544 AND 13548 OF 2019 C O M M O N O R D E R (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioners in these two cases was that Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, was not permitting them to submit their applications so as to participate in the verification of certificates for admission in MBBS Course for the academic year 2019-20. An identical interim order was granted on 03.07.2019 in these writ petitions and it reads as under:

'As the career of the petitioner is at stake and he cannot be penalized for his failure to submit his application online within time, he is permitted to present himself before the Registrar of the second respondent university along with the requisite fee and his original certificates before 10.30 A.M. on 04.07.2019. In the event he does so, the second respondent university shall accept the fee, verify the certificates and if they are found to be in order, consider the candidature of the petitioner during the counselling for admission to MBBS Course-2019.'

Sri K.L.N.Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that pursuant to the aforestated interim order, the respondent university received the applications of the petitioners and permitted them to participate in the verification of their original certificates on 04.07.2019. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition has worked itself out and the grievance of the petitioners stands settled.

The writ petitions are accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in both the cases shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
