HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.16010 of 2006 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioners in respect of their land to an extent of Acs.3.40 cents in Sy.No.20/ P of Mudasarlova village, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam by declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is called, there is no representation on either side. A perusal of the record discloses that as per the directions of this Court, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat and on 11.12.2013 the matter was resubmitted before this Court since the parties were not present before the Lok Adalat. Today also none appears for both sides. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
