This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief - "....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceeding No.R5/329(17)/2015R&T, dated 14.03.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, void and against the principles of natural justice and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case...."

Heard Sri T.S. Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P. Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.4683 of 2016, dated 16.02.2016. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.4683 of 2016 dated 16.02.2016. Office to tag a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.4683 of 2016 to this writ petition. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
