ORDER

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed;

In view of the prima facie case made out in the FIR with regard to the physical assault and abuses allegedly made by the petitioners/A1 and A2 against the complainant and as the investigation is reported to be pending, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.17 of 2015 of Singarayakonda Police Station, Prakasam District. However, considering the fact that the petitioner/A2 is a woman and is a Sarpanch of Singarayakonda Village, Prakasam District, police are directed not to arrest her during the course of investigation. The petitioners/A1 and A2 are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
