SESHA SAI WRIT APPEAL No.857 of 2008 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) None appears for the parties. This appeal is arising from the order passed in the writ petition wherein the action of respondent in calling tender for leasing of SLR space by Train No.2704 Falaknuma Express from Secunderabad to Hourah was challenged. Writ petition was dismissed.

2. This Court, while admitting the writ appeal, had made it clear that subject to final outcome of the appeal, the lease in favour of the appellant shall continue up to 03.05.2009. This itself shows that the writ appeal has rendered infructuous and hence, nobody is coming forward to work out the appeal on merits.

The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
