HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11143 of 2013 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the JFCM, Warangal, on 11.12.2013 in C.C.No.161 of 2014, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
