Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition stating that respondents are not granting permission to decast the sand in their patta lands in Sy.Nos.33/B/AA, 34/B, 35/B/A, 36/A, 36/B, 37/B and 39/B of Mangapet Village and Mandal, Bhupalpally District pursuant to report dt.13.05.2015 of the 3rd respondent. 2.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5 and Sri V.Pratap Reddy, learned Counsel for 4th respondent. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5 states that the matter is pending for consideration before the 2nd respondent and petitioners' application dt.24.11.2014 will be considered by 2nd respondent within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 2nd respondent will communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' application dt.24.11.2014 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
