HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.27562 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in passing the impugned order, dated 16.09.2011, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the order, dated 21.07.2017, passed by this Court in WP No.9843 of 2017, directing the 1st respondent herein to follow due process of law while vacating the premises owned by the 2nd petitioner, nothing survives to adjudicate in the present writ petition.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
