HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITIONS NO.9530 & 9533 OF 2008 COMMON ORDER:

On 12.2.2015, when these matters were called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Registry was directed to list these matters under the caption of dismissal. Later, at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions were adjourned thrice. Today, even though the writ petitions are under the caption of dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this Court feels that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting these matters.

Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
