The grievance of the petitioners in this case was with regard to the supercession of the managing committee of the Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District.

Consequential direction was sought to the authorities to handover the management of the society to the petitioners by transferring the same from the Special Officer appointed by the Assistant Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Nalgonda.

No interim orders were granted by this Court in this writ petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Handlooms and Textiles states, on instructions, that elections were held to the managing committee of the Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Limited, Miryalguda, in the year 2013 and that the cause in this writ petition therefore does not survive for consideration on merits. In the light of the subsequent development as afore-stated, no

orders need to be passed in this writ petition at this stage. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
