Heard.
The petitioner's application for grant of pattadar pass books is stated to be pending with the 4th respondent. The petitioner states that the entries relating to the land admeasuring Ac.3-19 cents in Sy.No.2/2 of Karakambadi Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District, which is ancestral property of the petitioner, stand in the name of his grand father and as per the decree in O.S.No.356 of 2012, dated 28-102013, the petitioner is already declared as successor owner. He is seeking implementation of the same and for grant of pattadar pass books. He made an application in the prescribed proforma, on which the 4th respondent is stated to have conducted enquiry and already obtained appropriate report from the Land Rights Recording Officer and the Mandal Revenue Inspector.
Though the said report is already obtained and the proceedings of the Tahsildar produced under Ex.P-4 shows that he has recommended allotment of pattadar pass books to the petitioner, no final orders are yet passed nor pattadar passbooks are issued to the petitioner. It is also stated that the petitioner has filed representations, dated 05-01-2014 and 2304-2015. Hence, it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to consider the enquiry report and representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's applications expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________
