ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in not releasing and supplying the essential commodities in favour of the Petitioner, so as to enable the Petitioner to continue and distribute the essential commodities to the cardholders of Shop No.108, Mubarak Nagar Village, Nizamabad Mandal, Nizamabad District as arbitrary, malafide, illegal, improper, void, vitiated, unwarranted, perverse, violative of statutory provisions of law, and consequently direct the Respondents to release and supply the essential commodities, in favour of the Petitioner."

At the hearing, it is represented by Sri K.Asad Ahamed, learned counsel, representing Sri Rajanikanth Jwala, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of this submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 25.07.2011, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.25334 of 2011 and W.V.M.P.No.202 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
