This Criminal Petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 6 and 7, seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 6 and 7 in Crime No.5 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024 on the file of Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 409 and 506 read with 120-B of IPC and Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000-2008 (for short 'the Act, 20002008'). 2.
Heard Sri N.Praveen, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 6 and 7 and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 6 and 7 submits that the Order dated
09.05.2024 was passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5544 of 2024 filed by the accused No.4, wherein, this Court directed the Investigating Officer to comply with the procedure laid down under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.

In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is disposed of by directing the Investigating Officer to comply with the procedure laid down under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and also the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar1 while conducting investigation. There shall be no order as to costs.
