THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11893 OF 2015 AND WRIT PETITIONS No. 27180 AND 27181 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

Though several contentions have been urged in these Writ Petitions and a debate has also been generated for a considerable length of time on some of those issues, Sri Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners has come up with an irresistible suggestion at the end that the claims of the petitioners may also be directed to be considered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University at Hyderabad when it undertakes the next process of recruitment, on regular basis, in its services.

Learned Standing Counsel for the university Sri Abhishek Reddy is gracious in responding that as and when the university undertakes recruitment process, depending upon the eligibility and the qualifications possessed by the petitioners, their cases also will be considered, but however, if it is a case of entrustment of supply of man power resources to any of the contractors, perhaps, the university will have a very little choice except to ensure that only the qualified persons are sponsored by the contractor and all such persons, who are otherwise suitable, are liable to be entertained by the university.

Subject to what has been noted supra, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of with a direction that as and when regular recruitment process is initiated, which, I am confident, will be undertaken in the next three months' period, the claims of the petitioners may also be considered depending upon the qualifications and other suitability criteria possessed by them.
