HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.28555 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3, in not receiving loan amount for account No.0447104000117975, and not releasing stock even after offering to pay entire loan amount, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made representation dated 09.08.2016 to respondent No.3 seeking to clear off the entire loan amount. However, till date, respondent No.3 has not taken any decision on the said representation of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition, and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct respondent No. 3 (IDBI Bank, Guntur Branch, Guntur) to decide the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J Dt:24.08.2016 Note:Registry is directed to transmit the order to respondent No.3 for compliance.
