THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2852 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 21.02.2017 in I.A.No.549 of 2016 in O.S.No.123 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Jude at Khammam.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
