THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5983 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring action of respondents in withdrawing special allowance to second petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and direct respondents to pay special allowance.

2. Second petitioner is P.C. Based Telex Operator. This Court granted interim direction on 08.04.2003 directing respondents to continue payment of special allowance.

3. It is represented that, in view of interim order dated 08.04.2003, no further orders are necessary.

4. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 08.04.2003.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
