THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2360 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 20.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.65 of 2018 in O.S.No.15 of 2013 by the Junior Civil Judge, Sidhout, dismissing the application filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure (for short "C.P.C.") to re-open the suit for the purpose of seeking leave to amend the plaint pleadings.

This Court already dismissed the C.R.P.No.2227 of 2018 by order dated 29.06.2018 preferred against the order passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.66 of 2018 in O.S.No.15 of 2013 filed seeking leave of the Court to amend the plaint.

Therefore, in view of the order passed in C.R.P.No.2227 of 2018, the present revision petition needs no further adjudication. Hence, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
