Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentVijayawada Municipal Corporation. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Standing Counsel that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 27.06.2018, in W.P.Nos.9385 and 2014 and batch of this Court. A copy of the same is placed on record. The said order reads as under:

"At the hearing, it is submitted that the issue involved in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order, dated 21.07.2015, of this Court inW.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike, as were mentioned in the aforestated order, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms of the aforestated order. There shall be no order as to costs. Office is directed to enclose a copy of the aforestated order, dated 21.07.2015, in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch to this Order."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the Order, dated 21.07.2015 of this Court in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 21.07.2015 in W.P.Nos.22056 of 2012 and batch to this order. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
