HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4051 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/accused seek to quash the proceedings in FIR No.892/2017 of Malkajgiri PS, Rachakonda, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 354, 323, 427 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 04.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Malkajgiri PS, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet filed on 20.01.2018 before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri and C.C number is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
